Crisp, refreshing and classy. This cocktail was created by Abou-Ganim along with the Ritz Carlton staff, calling to mind the timeless elegance of the classic, but with a modern flair.
Never say no when a client asks for something, even if it is for the moon. You can always try.

makes: 1 cocktail
2 oz Plymouth Gin (I used Beefeater)
1 oz St-Germain
6 chunks of peeled English cucumber
10-12 fresh spearmint leaves (I used regular mint)
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
In a mixing glass, muddle cucumber and mint with St-Germain.
*If you’d like the cocktail to be a bit sweeter, add 1/4 – 1/2 tsp. simple syrup and muddle along with the cucumber, mint, and St-Germain.
