Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I wanted to make a “green” cocktail to celebrate the day, and I’m pretty happy with this light greenish-gold gem. I’m not a fan of cloyingly sweet or sour green liqueurs (I’m looking at you Midori & apple pucker), and this cocktail is perfect for the day as it has Irish whiskey, green spirits or at least green bottles! It has a lovely flavor and pleasing balance. Enjoy~

makes: 1 cocktail
2 ounces Bushmills or Teeling Irish Whiskey
3/4 ounce Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1/4 ounce Green Chartreuse
1/4 ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
In a mixing glass, stir all the ingredients over ice until diluted to taste, then strain into a coupe. No garnish.
