Smokey Sausage Tartlets


These little tartlets with smoky kielbasa are very easy to make. They are sweet, smoky and flaky and are perfect for a party.

from: Pepperidge Farm
makes: 24 tartlets

all-purpose flour
1 sheet of Pepperidge Farm puff pastry
6 ounces Kielbasa, diced (about 1 ½ cups)

2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
chopped fresh parsley

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Sprinkle some all-purpose flour on the work surface. Unfold the puff pastry sheet and roll into a 10×15 inch rectangle. Cut into 24 squares and press into 24 mini muffin pan cups.

Stir together the diced kielbasa, orange marmalade and Dijon mustard. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the 24 mini muffin cups.


Bake for 15 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle the pastries with chopped parsley before serving
