Peanut butter and banana are blissful bedfellows, and they shine in this 3 ingredient smoothie. I like to make this as a post-workout snack or to have for a healthier dessert. Feel free to use the milk of your choice, I use vanilla soy milk.

makes: 1 smoothie
10 ounces milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 medium banana
In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Use 6 ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
