♥ Happy Valentine’s Day ♥
I usually don’t get fired up about Champagne, a Champagne cocktail around New Years withstanding, but I really liked this drink. I was not sure about purchasing this violently pink bottle of passion fruit vodka when gin or bourbon is more my thing, but I’ve never been led astray by the fantastic recipes in Vintage Cocktails. I’m happy about it now! It was delicious paired with the lime juice and Prosecco and I would definitely make this again, despite it’s rather garish color. Next time I think I will serve it in a coupe champagne glass with a skinny spiral of lime. Cheers to love!
