makes: 1 cocktail
1 sugar cube ( I like a demerara or brown sugar cube)
3 dashes angostura bitters
chilled Brut champagne, or sparkling wine of your choice (I prefer an extra-dry variety)
1 lemon twist for garnish
Place the sugar cube and bitters in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with the lemon twirl. Clink, Kiss, and Begin a New Year.
