2 New Year’s Eve Cocktails

I chose to feature 2 cocktails for New Year’s Eve because I simply couldn’t choose between them. I love how different they are. The Champagne Antoine is for the lover of dry and herbal cocktails. I purposely chose the St. George Terroir gin because of the unique botanicals which includes Douglas fir and coastal sage which add a wintry herbal aspect, and I love the hint of licorice from the Pernod. The Affaires de l’amour will appeal to those who like a sweeter cocktail and don’t mind a kiss of bitterness. They are both lovely in their own right. I wish you all a very happy New Year’s Eve and cheers to a brand new year!
